I can't help but wonder, in a tongue-in-cheek sort of way, if Hillary Rodham Clinton is even Constitutionally able to run for president. I'm not talking about the exclusive use of the male pronoun in Article 2 Section 1 (describing what the eligibility requirements are--35 years old and a natural-born citizen), the 19th amendment guaranteeing women's suffrage seems to preclude that argument. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this Article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President, when this Article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this Article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.

If you may recall, during the 1992 presidential campaign, William Jefferson Clinton 'announced that voters would be getting two presidents "for the price of one"' (from the Wikipedia, which we know isn't non-biased in any way, shape, or form, but is a bit better than most of the alternatives I found).
